As part of the process for tracking and reporting progress about the City’s Strategic Plan, a Performance Measurement Matrix has been developed.  This is a listing of all of the action strategies and tasks under the five goals of the Strategic Plan.  Each of the goals that is currently scheduled for any actions and tasks in 2007 is highlighted in yellow so that it can be more easily tracked.  The two columns on the far right of the page describe the performance measures as well as the assignments and outcomes established so far for these tasks.

 

Because there are ongoing actions by City advisory committees and staff, it is not possible to keep this matrix up to date at all times.  However, the matrix will be updated at least twice each year and these updates will be made available to citizens on this web site.
