Avenue D Commercial Area

     The Avenue D area runs from Hwy 9 to the city center.  Avenue D provides most of the regional shopping and is easily accessible to vehicle traffic. This area is primarily zoned commercial (C) and Industrial (I).

     Avenue D has been developed for commercial uses including retail stores, community goods shopping centers and the Snohomish School District headquarters.  The area can be more intensively developed for mixed use retail, business and office uses.
