Tom Hamilton

Tom Hamilton has served on City Council since January 2010. Prior to City Council Tom served for four and a half years on the Planning Commission. He has worked in Snohomish since 2000 and lived here since 2004. He has had a number of careers including being a Vietnam veteran, management consultant, financial advisor, and magazine publisher. Tom currently flies hot air balloons. He earned a BBA in management/marketing from Armstrong Atlantic State University and an MBA from Savannah State University.

Tom serves on the non-profit boards of Arts of Snohomish and the Snohomish Parks Foundation. He has served on a number of City advisory councils including the Strategic Advisory Committee. An avid runner and cyclist, you will often find him on the local trails. He is committed to keeping Snohomish a great place to work, play, and live.
